In practice:

  • information is incomplete
  • decisions are made under uncertainty

Product Lab is built to operate in that reality.

THE PROBLEM

Most product work is framed as a structured process.

Problems are clearly defined.
Requirements are documented.
Decisions follow established frameworks.

But in reality, that’s rarely the case.

Product teams operate with:

  • incomplete information
  • evolving requirements
  • unclear constraints

And yet, decisions still need to be made.

Product Lab is built from real product work.

It comes from situations I’ve worked on directly.

My role is not to simplify them, but to make the reasoning behind them visible.

That means:

  • Identifying what really mattered
  • Making explicit the decisions and trade-offs involved
